My extensive academic background, combined with years of hands-on experience, has equipped me with a robust skill set in various areas, including Acute Mental Health, Substance Abuse, working with the Incarcerated Population and individuals under the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act (LPS) Conservatorship.
Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couples therapy, aiming to provide tailored support to individuals and families facing diverse challenges.
My therapeutic toolbox includes evidence-based interventions such as CBT and DBT, as well as specialized programs such as Celebrating Families.
Furthermore, I am well-versed in equipping individuals with essential coping skills, ranging from Mindfulness Practices and Anger Management to Stress Management and Art Therapy.
